However, there are many different salaries for teachers as well.
Teachers in India’s public schools earn about Rs 1,500 per month, according to a salary survey conducted by the National Council of Educational Research and Training.
Teacher’s pets can earn up to Rs 2,500, and teachers who have more than three pets earn up $300 per month.
The highest salary for teachers is a salary of Rs 3,500 and the lowest is Rs 1.20 lakh.
In this salary survey, the survey respondents were asked the salary of their teacher’s pet.

Teachings assistant salaries have been rising over the last decade.
The median salary in 2014 was Rs 2.40 lakh, according the National Sample Survey Organisation’s (NSSO) salary survey.
This year, the median salary has risen to Rs 3.60 lakh, the highest since 2011.
However the salary is not as high as in the US, which had the highest median salary of $3.25 lakh in 2014.
However this is likely due to the fact that the NSSO salary survey did not include a US sample size.

The government has set a target of raising salaries by at least 40 per cent by 2022.
This target is based on the research of the National Institute of Science Education, the Institute of Educational Statistics, and the India Foundation for Higher Education.
The median salary for teaching assistant in the national public sector was Rs 1 lakh in 2015-16, and it has increased by about 25 per cent since then.
The national median salary is Rs 2 crore in 2019-20.
The NSSCO salary report shows the median pay for teaching as at March 2017.
In a recent survey conducted on September 8-11, 2016 by The Indian Times, teachers said the salaries paid to them were higher than in the past.
A majority of teachers said that the average salary paid to their assistant is around Rs 1 crore, with the top salaries reaching Rs 2-3 crore.
In 2015-2016, the average salaries for public school teachers were Rs 2 and Rs 3 crore.
However, the NSEI-NSS survey also revealed that teachers in private schools were more satisfied with the salaries they were getting compared to their public school counterparts.

A total of 1,621 respondents (out of a total of 3,976 teachers) who have a teaching assistant at their school reported satisfaction with their salaries.

A further survey conducted out of 903 teachers, a majority of whom have a teacher assistant at the school, found that the salaries of the assistants were not that high compared to the public teachers.

In 2016, a survey was conducted by Kolkata-based Kishore Kannan of the Centre for Economics Research and Development (CEBRD) which found that in the country, teachers earn an average of around Rs 3 lakh per month while their assistants make Rs 1-1.5 lakh per week.
This study found that teachers’ salaries are higher than the average of the Indian school teachers.
However if you take into account that these salaries are more than the salaries for their students, then it becomes clear that teachers are receiving lower salaries than their assistants.
The NSEP also conducted a survey in 2017.
This survey showed that teachers pay less than the other public employees in the same salary range.
A minimum of Rs 1 million was reported as a minimum salary for the assistant teacher in the survey conducted for the NSRD.
The Kishor Kannani study also found that while teachers pay higher salaries than the assistants, they are also earning more.
In 2017, the study said that teachers earned an average salary of around $4,000 per month compared to $1,000 in 2016.
